Hispanic Interaction is committed to respecting the confidentiality of information of our clients business and ensuring their information is as secure as possible. We will not share information sent to us for:

 

  1. Translation

  2. Interpreting sessions

  3. Interviewing and Testing of Employees

  4. Surveys and Analysis results

  5. Focus Group results

And any other confidentiality agreement made with a specific client.

 

Below are some other steps we have taken to protect our clients’ confidential business information: 

 

•  Firewall protection:
A proxy server, and hardware firewall for added security, protect our server from unauthorized access by users outside our system.

 

•  Email security:
Mail can only be picked up by direct access with user id and password authorization on this mail server and no other. Mail forwarding is not allowed or encouraged.

 

•  Employee confidentiality policy:
Every employee signs a nondisclosure agreement, which provide explicit confidentiality protections. Any employee who violates our privacy or security policies is subject to possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.
