Details of our Translation Service
This service is suitable for any type of local or offshore business, organization, government agency, medical offices and/or personal documents. It could be as easy as having your document on your computer e-mailing it to us and we e-mail you the translated document back.
We have a professional group of individuals that come from different parts of our Spanish speaking countries. The translated texts are delivered in Neutral Spanish. However, our team of experienced translators will help you decide if it's better to localize your translation to a specific Spanish dialect. Among the translators are Spanish Teachers, Business owners and manufacturing management. Hispanic Interaction wants you to get the most accurate Spanish translation possible so your employee and/or your organization members understand exactly what you are trying to communicate to them.
Pricing Guide and Special Offers
How do we calculate your translation cost? Our quotes are based on factors such as:
· Amount of words: are charged based on the number of words in the source text.
· Proofreading: is charged based on the number of words in the document to be proofread.
· Complexity of the subject matter: The level of complexity of each document is important when determining a rate. For example, a general text will be priced lower than a legal contract.
· Time required to complete the project: We are usually able to translate about 1000-1500 words per day and proofread about 2000-3000 per day. We work closely with our clients and English-Spanish translators and proofreaders to make sure that the translations are delivered within a reasonable time frame. Pricing for rush translations is typically 30% above the normal rates.
· Additional charges: This may be incurred when translating a document that we would need to format in Publisher and/or Microsoft Power Point.
Discounts
· Nonprofit Organizations: We provide discounts for translations depending on the kind of material to be translated, and its final usage.That is to say, we offer translation discounts for corporations or associations that conduct business for the benefit of the general public without shareholders and without a profit motive. You may request a translation discount by sending the document to be translated and a brief description or mission statement of your non-profit organization. Should you be approved for our discount for non-profit organizations, we will appreciate a credit or link in the text translated or your website. This allows us to promote our Spanish translation services to new clients and organizations who can benefit from our discounts.
· New Customers: We provide discounts for first-time clients. Documents 10,000 words or more get a 15% discount.
